Health Connections PTS provides transportation specifically for people using Mental Health Services, we can provide conveyance on admission and discharge to Hospital and aim to meet all transport needs in between.

Our service will enable a patient focused, safe and therapeutic journey for the individual requiring transportation.

Our services are provided following liaison with referrers to ensure that the transportation is tailored to the needs of the individual. We take into account the immediate needs and risks before identifying a service specification which includes consideration of skill/gender mix, staffing numbers, logistics and distance to be travelled.

Health Connections PTS offers a referral process that has collaboration and understanding at its heart. A dedicated practitioner will be available 24 hours a day to discuss any transport needs and can guide you through the referral process, Risk Assessment and service specification before providing an appropriate quotation.

Every journey will be provided with a competent and experienced member of support staff as a minimum. Health Connections PTS staff will maintain contact with all stakeholders at agreed periods throughout the journey to ensure all parties are kept fully updated and providing reassurance.
