Over 100 staff nationally with a mixed array of skills and experience, We have 15 Qualified nurses available at any one time, we also have 78 Secure Support staff, many of these have vast experience of Acute Mental Health problems and some have no active experience in caring for mentally unwell people however have a keen interest, a compassionate outlook and have undergone training required for their posts. All staff will undergo a mandatory training programme.
All of our staff have Enhanced DBS checks and we do not operate any lone working within the team.
We also have a governance lead to ensure that our policies and procedures are always up to date with the latest best practice, that we work within this framework and that these contribute to ensuring the safety and comfort of people under our care
